Barcelona presidential candidate Jaume Guixà has explained yesterday in a press release that he wants to strengthen and export the club's youth academy which he sees as one of the cornerstones of the current Barça:"It has been proven that the model of our youth academy works and therefore our intention is to globalize the model of the sports residence. That way, we don't only make sure that our club becomes more international, but we also make it possible that players from other countries can join our youth teams and to become key players of the first team in the future."
