Ferrer still hoping for one board candidacy

Asked about the report that he has decided to run for president next year (read more here), Barcelona assets vice-presidents Jaume Ferrer has said in an interview with Catalan sports paper Sport that he still hopes the board can put forward one consensus candidate:

"The best thing for everyone would be to have one unique continuity candidacy. That's why I have planned to sit down and talk with Alfons Godall in the next few days. That way everything can be cleared up so we could fight for the same goal."
