Catalan sports paper El Mundo Deportivo claims that Francesc Mañé, a former president of a Barcelona fans' club, could confirm next week that he will take part in the elections for president of FC Barcelona later this year.Mañé, who already told the paper one year ago about his intentions to run for president, would call a press conferece for Saturday 23 January at a hotel in Barcelona during which he is expected to officially announce his candidacy.
